- I reserve the rights to hold your order until other orders are cleared

- I reserve the rights to change the terms & conditions without prior notice

- Price is fixed as stated! If you think price is too high, don't buy, don't give comments and don't ask for reduction. However I may have promotion going on now and then

- Price may increase or decrease overtime due to exchange rate and other issues

- Promotion varies and may change anytime

- Minimum deposit will be actual price, divide by 2

- Buyer are to bare in mind that it will take up to 1-3 weeks for the jeans to arrive, or even longer if parcel is lost, etc

- Why cheaper? Time = Money -> Compensate Time for Better Price (If you really need the jeans urgently, I suggest you get from local stores)

- I wouldn't be able to know if there is still stock for the jeans, until I have placed the order

- Upon paying me the deposit, it does not guarantees that my supplier will have stock, however you will be informed if the jeans is out-of-stock

- Full refund will be given if the item is out-of-stock

- No refund will be given once order is placed or deposit is given, unless out-of-stock, other wise stated

- No refund of deposit if you choose not to buy upon delivery

- No deposit = No order

- Buyer will be informed through SMS/PM when bag arrived
